1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pak804 ("pak804", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pak804 platform, including the website at pak804.club, all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, games, betting markets, account management tools, and payment services (collectively, the "Services").

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one pak804 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pak804 may, in its sole discretion, close all accounts associated with a person found to have created duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. pak804 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a user, including failed withdrawals to an incorrect account or failure to deliver account-related communications.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak804 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pak804 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pak804 will not be held liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

pak804 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete verification, bonus abuse, or violation of the responsible gaming policy. In cases of suspected fraud, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods

pak804 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL/UBL bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits which are displayed in the cashier section of your pak804 account at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Processing Times

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited in real time under normal conditions. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to two hours to reflect in your pak804 balance. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed same-day for verified accounts under standard conditions. pak804 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that are entirely your own and legally obtained. pak804 strictly prohibits the depositing of funds obtained through illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud. pak804 reserves the right to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities. 4.4 Withdrawal Verification

pak804 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable assessment, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting through pak804, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that constitutes exploitation of pak804's promotions. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is made at pak804's sole discretion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak804 platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Using chargeback procedures against legitimate pak804 transactions.
• Facilitating access by any person under the age of 18 to your pak804 account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak804 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, game interruptions, payment processor failures, or any other losses resulting from circumstances outside pak804's direct control.

pak804's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak804 makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.

11. Amendments to These Terms

If resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, disputes shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution process under pak804's licence framework.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pak804's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in respect of breaches of intellectual property rights or fraudulent activity.
